This is in order to assist them in achieving the highest level of potential in their activities of daily living. We supply high quality candidates for healthcare jobs across the UK through our recruitment service.
We commit ourselves to provide high quality level of care and support. Our qualified and trained professionals will carry out holistic comprehensive assessments of our clients from both the client and professional’s point of view. We offer a wide range of services by our well experienced , qualified and trained staff such as skilled nursing, home health aide, home safety evaluation, medication management and other social care services to suit individual needs.
We are proud to work in close partnership with a network of esteemed healthcare professionals and organisations, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC), District Nurses, General Practitioners (GPs), Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers throughout the vibrant community of Milton Keynes.

Our Aims

The right to consent and make informed decisions

The right to fully contribute in formulating your care plan and evaluation of care plan
The right to personal independence
The right to privacy and personal dignity respected at any given time

The right to make personal choices and decisions – even if this involves some risk
The right to be empowered to undertake those daily living tasks which they are capable
The right to have the client’s beliefs, cultural, religious, sexual and emotional needs respected
Initial Assessments
M.T.V Ventures will carry out initial assessments and formulate care plans with clients/carers/families based on individuals needs before we engage our services. We pride ourselves in high standards of professional care and adhere to CQC standards in order to maintain these standards in keep with safe practice.
Sitting in service and Befriender
Are you “lonely” do you need someone to talk to? Or just company ? It is of paramount importance just to have someone around. This makes such a positive impact and improves one’s quality of life and alleviates isolation or allow carers/families under take other daily activities giving you a peace of mind without worrying about your loved ones or someone you care for being left alone.
Respite Care
We also provide respite in your own home for a period of time to give a break to primary paid carers` /families from their caring roles
Telecare service
This service is a telephone call to those clients who may not need someone coming to their home every day, but they and their families may require someone checking in to find out if they need something or on their welfare giving your loved ones peace of mind knowing you are safe.
Social inclusion and Activities
Our staff can help our clients keep stimulated in mind and body, whether it’s board games or a walk in the park or other recreational places of their choice.
Activities of daily living
To undertake such duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature, as may be determined by the care plan as agreed with client/carers/families and Care Manager at the first consultation
Personal Hygiene/Toileting
Our trained staff will provide direct care as circumstances require as consented by clients, assist or supervise the personal care of service users including toileting and ensuring clients retain individuality and personal dignity by promoting high standards of care and promoting independence where possible
Domestic Activities
general household tasks e.g. dusting and laundry
Meal preparation
Preparation of appropriate meals and taking into account clients on special dietary requirements
Feeding
Our staff will support individuals who are not able to feed themselves ensuring and making the environment and mealtime special through interaction.
Shopping and other general activities
Our staff will carry out shopping needs for the client , bill payment & collection of prescriptions and mail sorting
Medication management
Our staff may only assist or administer prescribed medications provided in blister packs as agreed in the care plan and details of medication recorded. We will record when medication is given or when it is observed being taken.
Communication
Our staff will communicate with clients in an appropriate manner and maintain confidentiality and ensuring that different cultural needs are catered for sensitively.
Periodic Reviews with Family
Periodically will review care plans with families/carers/clients, this can be done face to face or via email, fax or telephone or any other preferred method of communication for those families who live far away.
Training:
We provide training to staff, providing them with opportunities to refresh their knowledge and skills enabling them to:
· remain up to date with the latest legislation and best practice
· feel valued and invested in and
· deliver quality care to those receiving services
