Operating times 

M.T.V provide services 24 hours Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. Our care shifts are negotiable to suit individuals needs and these may be accomplished in a variety of ways – 8 hours Early and Late shifts or night shift 12hrs or variable times 7 days a week.

Please note: we do not have an answering machine – at the end of the business day all calls are diverted to the ‘on-call’ supervisor’s mobile phone. They will answer any calls in person. If the phone is in use it will divert to the mobile phones answering service – please leave a message and the on call supervisor will return your call as soon as they have finished their call.
